1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We appreciate your patience.


2. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: All orders over $50 USD qualify for free standard shipping, regardless of destination.

Orders under $50 USD: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.

  • United States: 5–8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–9 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–15 business days depending on the destination country

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.


4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. SinuZone has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.


6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

To request an exchange, please contact us at sinupharmv2@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will guide you through the process.

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sinupharmv2@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us at sinupharmv2@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

SinuPharm is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
